The Walk to Defeat ALS® is in full swing!
Here are the dates for the 2009 walks in our area. Well behaved dogs on leashes can participate in the walks. We plan to attend with Bella at the Washington D.C. event in November. We are going to raise money for the ALS Association by selling handmade red leashes. This cause is close to our heart. M.E.'s mom passed away from this disease in 2006. We'll let you know more details soon.

Misha's lives up to it's reputation as the best coffee in the area, plus they are dog friendly! Bella loves to meet and great new friends on the street out front. Inside you'll find dog treats along with the pastries and fresh roasted beans. Bella really enjoyed the treat a local fitness trainer gave her. Many people stop in every morning, and meeting a new friend seemed to be a real treat for them too.
